ARABIAN GULF MARBLE FACTORY L.L.C. (A.G.M), formerly Marge Arabian Gulf was established by the Late Georges Marge in 1977 as a natural extension of the Lebanon based Marge Industrial Co. S.A.L. As such, Arabian Gulf Marble Factory L.L.C. reflects a history of more than fourty years rich in proven experience and solid competence in the manufacture, supply and installation of all types of natural stone and reconstitiued slabs of various origins, mainly Italy, Portugal, Spain, Brazil, India, Greece, Etc.
Marble is a metamorphic rock resulting from the metamorphism of limestone, composed mostly of calcite (a crystalline form of calcium carbonate, CaCO3). It is extensively used for sculpture, as a building material, and in many other applications.
